The sales process: from beginning to the end
Step 1: Submit the car for sale
You can easily submit your vehicle for sale to us online. In our form, we address the questions that are most important to us without asking too many questions.
ATTENTION: Please note that in order to be able to give your request seriousness, we have to recognize the license plates on the pictures. Unfortunately, we cannot process your request without this information.
Step 2: Review of your request and receipt of the offer
Once we have a valid request from you, we will do our best to provide you with the best offer on the market.
Please note that we assume that you have provided truthful information when preparing an offer. Incorrect information can result in an immediate cancellation of the offer!
Offers sent by us are valid for 3 whole days. If you do not accept the offer after these 3 days, the offer can no longer be considered valid.
Step 3: Conclusion of the contract and transmission of important documents
After you have accepted the offer or we have agreed on a different price together, we will send you the appropriate contract for this offer. Sign it and send it back to us.
Important: In addition to the signed contract, we also need a photo of your ID card or passport, your bank details, the registration documents and an official letter confirming that the vehicle is from your private property and has no debts.
Step 4: Receipt of payment
After the formalities have been completed and the sale is now official, we initiate the transaction. Once initiated, we cannot undo it.
The total amount usually arrives in your bank account within 3-4 working days.
Our promise to our customers: Every transaction is carefully processed and the whole team works to ensure that you receive the full sales proceeds as quickly as possible.
Step 5: Before pickup
After we have transferred the full amount to you, we ask you to take the following steps:
- De-registration of the vehicle in your municipality
- Ensure that no debt is attributed to the vehicle
- (Tesla only) Disconnect your Tesla Account from the vehicle
Step 6: Collection
After the entire sale has been successful, we will arrange a collection date with you. The whole thing happens in consultation with our logistics company, which specializes in vehicle logistics.
As a rule, you can plan between 7-14 days for collection.
When picking it up, you only hand over the 2 keys to our truck driver. All other documents are to be stowed in the glove compartment of the car.
